Ingredients

  • 240 grams buttermilk
  • 140 grams Irish (wholemeal) flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened protein powder (can replace with flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Whisk together wet ingredients, then add the flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
  • Heat the frying pan and get to it!
