Wholemeal Power Pancakes
Servings: 8 large pancakes
Ingredients
- 240 grams buttermilk
- 140 grams Irish (wholemeal) flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp unsweetened protein powder (can replace with flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Whisk together wet ingredients, then add the flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
- Heat the frying pan and get to it!
