Coaching Values
Care: I care about you, and I care about sports. I hope you can participate in sports for as long as you’d like to. You’re doing hard work, and equally hard adapting, and I’m here to support you and help you have fun along the way!
Collaboration: We’ll work together to personalize your training based on your goals, stressors, training age, physiological profile, biomechanics, time, and equipment accessibility, among other things. Please ask questions so we can learn together. I’m open to new ideas and welcome your perspectives.
Challenge: Some challenges that I work through with most athletes are fueling, hydration, heat management, and fear of long, hard, or even easy sessions. Other challenges can include inconsistency, injury, and falling short of goals. I’m of the opinion that challenges spur growth mentally and physically!
Commitment: I’m committed to understanding you and your journey as an athlete as best I can. We’ll find a sustainable plan that prioritizes enjoyment over perfection and enables long-term success.

Let’s Go!
Part of my mission is to increase the accessibility of coaching. Current services are all virtual. And don’t hesitate to fill out the contact form below if you are interested but unable to afford coaching at the moment!
Pay as you can, up to $150/month:
- I provide an individualized training plan, or you provide a plan.
- Every evening, I review data, adapt the plan, and respond to questions. My go-to method uses Google Sheets for subjective data and Strava for objective data, but I’m open to other methods 🙂
- We meet every 2 weeks, or as needed, for check-ins, extra Q&A, race prep, and overall development.
- My cat and I give you endless support and belief!
